  I went thru the drive thru of your Dayton TN branch Saturday 12/24/2016 around 4:00pm I asked to purchase a box of insulin syringes was told by a young white lady with glasses that they could not sell them to me without selling me insulin. I told her that my insulin came to me thru the pharmaceutical company patient assistant program. She said it was store policy not to sell one without the other. I told her that I was in need and could die, she replied with "I hope so" and turned away and walked off. If this is not corrected to my complete satisfaction, I will make it my mission to give you as much bad press as I can.
